MOUSERUG COMPONENTS
The MouseRug surface is made from the world-patented Lextra® yarn-dyed nylon fiber coating process (see image above) and is produced without using any ink. The quality may be compared to high-wear carpeting construction, although on a much finer scale. The fibers are 1 millimeter long and there are more than 7 million on each MouseRug. MouseRug fibers are permanently anchored into a combination of at least two different specialized adhesives imported from Europe. The natural rubber base material is made in the U.S.A. from rubber that comes from trees in southeast Asia. The fringed ends of the MouseRugs produced by a mill in the Carolinas, exclusively for our application by the same mill that furnishes fringe to many well-known makers of actual full size rugs.
